Civvi MVP 1.0

Apologies for the long, long wait. Civvi 1.0 is here and ready to be tested! Over the next couple of weeks, “test, learn, and build” will be Civvi’s mantra as I look to gain initial user feedback. To give you a condensed layout of my plan for Civvi, my timeline looks like this:

Week 1-2:

  • Meet with alpha testers (close friends and family) to account for initial bugs and any primary areas of weakness

  • Confirm business and org partnership in Houston for MVP 2.0

Week 2-3:

  • Meet with beta testers (potential customers, youth activists, and community organizers) for more feedback

  • Complete Civvi 2.0 :)

Week 3-4:

  • Confirm Civvi 2.0 official launch + set launch date

  • Start releasing social media posts

I hope this can give you a peek at where Civvi is headed! I am really finding comfort in lists these days (though my mind also functions as a never-ending to-do list sigh). I think the most important thing for Civvi is that it is built not just for young people, community organizers, and everyday citizens, but truly with them, so constant feedback and product iteration are critical to me.

Anyways, enough yapping for now. Time for testing Civvi 1.0!
