Civvi Update

Recently, my co-founder notified me that they would no longer be able to contribute to the development of Civvi due to outside commitments. Though this parting is bittersweet, I am so grateful for them and the meetings we had throughout the year to discuss and map out Civvi’s execution.

With trust in God, lots of caffeine, and a very extensive Google Drive, I am passionate about seeing Civvi through and continuing to enact my initial vision. The road ahead won’t be easy—no—but the result will be worth it. I hope that I can look back at this—that you might find this—and see that a 20-year-old with limited technical experience built something worthwhile for the world.

I was recently thinking about a quote that’s stuck with me from Octavio Paz, a renowned Spanish poet. The quote goes like this: “Beyond myself, somewhere, I wait for my arrival.” While both me and Civvi have a long, long way to go, we are both ready for the journey ahead.
